Started with a 30 min interview with HR, then was asked to complete a practical editing test submission. This led to an in person 4+ hour interview and tour of facility where I was introduced to every member of the team.

Why I was applying for this job and what I could contribute to the team. If I was willing to work weekends and long hours, or tolerate an unpredictable season. They also asked about why I made certain editing choices during my test.
Submitted Application was sent an link to do a video interview in the process I also got an email to put a sample video together.
Interviewed with the Head of Production and after that didn't hear back whether I didn't get an offer or not
