The initial step was going on their website, and completing the 15-20 minute prompted video interview. Next I was called in for a panel interview with 4 executives at the stadium, followed by a in person interview with sales manager a week later.

Hour long phone screening, was asked great questions and was informed about the role. Was enjoyable getting to know the other person. Very pleasant interview even though an offer didn't follow.
