The process starts with the recruiter of the company, then after the initial Interview, I had a technical Interview, and finally an Interview with some managers and finally I got an offer very attractive. The huge problem, I explain to the recruiter than I was finishing a Bankruptcy, caused by a Startup than caused a huge mess in my finances. When the recruiter said than will not be a problem and send me the DocuSign with the offer and sign it, when I received the Onboard Mail, I quit my job (previously informed in the company)..... and a week later starts the problems by my situation previously informed... I waited trusting in them... and after 2 weeks I received a mail where the company decided to decline my incorporation.... losing my job, rejecting another offer than was also ready to sign.... So, the persons in the company was a love, but the process is very bad, at least for me... causing me a lot of problems...
