The interview process before accepting the offer was simple and swift. Good communication with HR and potential coworkers.
The problems start when you accept the offer and need to go through the onboarding and visa procedures. Here you don't have any assurance.
The person responsible for your onboarding ignores you for 2 months and then arranges a call to say you have been terminated. Like, you didn't know you can't afford new employees 2 months ago? Then after promising severance and forwarding your profile to their network "as an apology" they start ignoring you again.
I felt disregarded as a new employee. I felt like I wasted my time.

Call with recruiter and then a technical assessment. Technical assessment was straightforward but took some time to implement. Submitted the assignment and heard back from the recruiter saying they were not proceeding. Gave little to no feedback, said they need someone with testing background (ironically i did have a testing background and it was never asked in the interview). Also wrote unit tests for the technical assessment but dtill did not seem like enough. Seemed like a generic response given to most candidates, quite unprofessional and rude after giving up time to do the very long technical assessment.

A) Calculating the vesting timeline For managing private equity, it is important to know the amount of stock options that have already vested. In this problem, we will be working with option grants (ignoring their type) that have different vesting schedules, with three variables that can change: ● Granting date: The date in which the grant has been awarded and the vesting starts. Given a set of option grants with their quantity and vesting information (see the sample request below), we expect the service to return a timeline with monthly points indicating the total quantity of vested grants, from the date of the first grant until the totality of the options are fully vested B) b. Calculating the value of the vested equity over time Now consider that the stock for which if you have options has of course a value and this value can change over time; for example because of a new round of investment, among other things. In this part, we ask you to take this into consideration and return not the quantity of vested options but the total value of said vested options by using the provided valuations (see the sample request below). You may consider that there will be a valuation before a grant is awarded
