From my perspective, the interview process was a thorough and structured The first step was straightforward—submitting my application with my resume and cover letter. Then I had to do an online assessment. It tested data analysis skills relevant to the role. You could use Excel. Half-Hour Behavioral Online Interview: The virtual behavioral interview was a chance to share my story and highlight specific examples of how I’ve applied my skills and navigated challenges in past experiences. I made sure to focus on STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) responses Super Day: The Super Day was the most intensive but also the most rewarding part of the process. Five Interviews which were varied, with some focusing on behavioral questions, others diving deep into technical aspects, and a few testing my ability to think critically on the spot. Each conversation felt like a chance to learn more about the team and role while demonstrating my capabilities. The lunch session was a more relaxed environment, where I could engage with current associates. It was a great opportunity to ask about their experiences, while also allowing them to get to know me in a less formal setting. The case study was a challenging but enjoyable exercise. I had to analyze a problem and present my recommendations clearly and concisely.

The interview took place with two rounds with managing directors and was not complicated. Asked generic questions about the work and past experience related to the open position. The process took only 2 weeks.
