I applied online through Linkedin. After a couple of days, I received a message asking for a motivation letter and my resume in PDF. They also mentioned that in the last stage of the interview, I would have to fly out to the Netherlands and they DO NOT cover the flight expenses nor they cover the relocation if I get hired. In almost 10 years in this industry, I have never heard of anything like this.
