Time consuming and lengthy at best. No consideration to the prospective employee(s) for travel and logistics. I had an initial phone interview with HR. then my background details were researched,once that was completed (approx 3-4 days ) I drove to the company 65 miles away to complete my interview only to be told I had to come back for another interview due to one of the Managers having to leave (260 miles driving for an interview now). not very efficient at all.
