I sat down with the two most senior analysts there at the time and talked for about 45 minutes. They had a sheet with five questions (tell us about yourself, tell us about a time when you went above and beyond, etc).
I took a basic data entry/excel test prior to the interview to make sure I was computer literate and had a pulse, it was extremely easy and took around 15 minutes.
The interview became more conversational and less formal as the process went on. I later found out how busy the company was with casework and how desperate they were to hire qualified analysts, which I considered myself at the time. I would factor this in when considering my experience. The process may be different today.
