After two great interviews, got rejected and got no feedback or answers to any of my mails or messages. Even though they said I am highly qualified for the position during the interview, they rejected me with the excuse of looking for a candidate with more experience. Their salary policies are transparent which is nice but according to my experiences I guess they expect you to demand less than what is stated there.
