Two part interview, with manager and sales staff. Broke down prior experience and future goals. I met first with the manager, we went over my resume. He began asking about why I was interested in the position as well as why I think I would be successful. I then met with a member of the sales staff who would be my direct supervisor. He talked with me about what my responsibilities would be and asked about my prior experience.
