Colloquio
The interview process was mostly smooth, and the questions were easy, vast majority were non-technical, a lot of situational questions. Originally applied for one position, did one interview with the talent acquisition team but then was informed that it had been filled and was asked to look at other positions. I applied and then was directed to meet with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was great, we talked for well over an hour exploring the company, both our histories, futures as well as interests outside the workplace. He was really excited for me to meet and interview with the team so I had to set up a group meeting with the team I would be joining. Did that meet with the team, the questioning was a little strange, a couple of the team members were very new themselves and thus the meeting felt a little unorganized. That went on for about an hour and then did a back-to-back meeting that was about a half hour with an upper management individual who really tried to gauge culture fit which is great, but it did seem that he may have been a little pressed for time. Overall, the little hiccups of being interviewed are fine by me but I really would have appreciated a bit more feedback beyond that it was a “very difficult choice considering the competition for role among highly qualified individual’s” but in the end, I appreciated the time for the interviews and getting a peak under the hood of Securelink.
