the first stage was Phone screening, and then I was scheduled for an interview with the one I replaced & HR admin. after that interview, they sent me a Home assignment which was reviewed by them and GM & CTO, which also interviewed me at the following stage. at the same time, I was asked to send references for recommendation conversation, and then the final interview was with the CEO.
