The facility I was getting interviewed for was clean and was professional. They were very kind to me for my military background. They gave me details about the job and how its good for getting back into the civilian world and details on the training and process after getting the interview.

Do you think it is necessary to do things differently than instructed to get the job done.
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company

Easy and simple interview process. Found out very soon as well. Manager was good at the time. Not bad at all. Took a month from start to finish . Vetting was easy
