Received a call from a recruiter a few days after applying online. The recruiter did a phone screening and then said a hiring manager would call me to set up an interview. Got a call from the manager a day later who set up an in person interview. Interview consisted of a series of questions asking if I was willing to work overtime/holidays, could do the essential job functions, would comply with safety requirements, etc. and a couple of questions about my experience. I was offered a position at the end of the interview and had to do a drug screening within 24 hours.
