Very relaxing, no pressure to accept job I was actually contacted on indeed to fill out a pre-test to see how I would react to certain situations, and guaranteed an interview if completed.

Would you be able to make shift even if the highway was closed, or there were really tough weather conditions?
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company

Easy and simple interview process. Found out very soon as well. Manager was good at the time. Not bad at all. Took a month from start to finish . Vetting was easy
