They are very friendly and open to answer any questions you have. Great with giving you an example of a day on the job. The question were your typical generic questions.

Tell me one thing about yourself that makes you different from all the other candidates?
Good because I was familiar with the job and it was a step moving up. I was friends with the interview as the interviewee so it was no brainer and we had a good laugh and firm handshake

The interview process was a quick, in person interview and I was offered the position that same day. It was a very typical job interview, as far as the questions go with no strings attached.
The process was simple. They also like to hire from within. My account manager recommended me for the position and I go an interview in 2 weeks. The process was quick and easy. I went through 3 different interviews. With my boss, his boss and the client of the site. All went well
