The interview was brief and to the point. It was a two step process first with an assistant manager and then again with the property manager. Both of which were extremely friendly. I found out on the spot that I received the job. Then you work as a temp for about 2-3 weeks to test the waters and see if the job is a good fit for you. At the end of your temping period they will then tell you if they would like to fully hire you on with the company. Then after they offer you the job you go through a background check and mandatory drug screening and as long as you pass both you get the position.

I responded to an add on Craigslist, was called the same day for a phone interview, and scheduled an in person interview the following week. I showed up to the leasing office in Seattle and did my 1:1 with my future manager. She asked me some standard interview questions as well as some unique ones she chose. It was a really pleasant experience.
