Excessive seven rounds, followed by a rejection after an offer was presented due to a very insecure management leader. If you have self-respect, value your time, and possess raw skills -- avoid interviewing at this place. Unprofessional, unorganized, and a bullet you will be thankful that you dodged. A phone-call offer, w/no writing or explanations of equity saying "don't worry about it, those aren't worth anything" -- take it or leave it approach is very bizarre.

My interview process was streamlined and consistent. 3 interviews with my manager, VP of an Department I'd work with, and the CEO. There was also a take home assessment. I didn't find the interview process difficult by any means. The take home assessment was thoughtful and relevant and allowed me to differentiate myself. I had a week to complete it but was able to knock it out in under 2 hours.
