The process was pretty smooth. I found the job on their website and completed the online application. It was about 4 days later I got a call for a face to face interview. I completed the online behavioral profile before the interview. I met with 2 team leaders and followed that up with the unit manager. I was put through the background check that afternoon. I received a generous offer 1 week to the day of the interview.

I received an email from a recruiter to schedule a telephone interview. The recruiter called at the appointed time. The interview process lasted for approximately twenty minutes. It consisted of about six questions and I had the opportunity to ask questions about the position and the company.

Very simple and straightforward. First I had a phone screening with someone from HR, then came into the office for an interview with the supervisor and manager. The questions they asked weren’t hard and I didn’t feel really stressed.
