My friend referred me. She sent my resume to the right people and that afternoon they had called to set up an interview. The interview went well and the interviewed insinuated that as long as I passed the background check, the job was mine. There was also an online application and an assessment that used logic problems. They called me 10 days later to offer me the job.
The interview process was a recorded session, that asks various personality questions and work situation experiences. Your answers are recorded. It was simple and they even give you time to practice your answer.

It was a normal interview with manager and supervisor. The interview went well. It was not intimidating. They asked normal interview questions, nothing tricky. They get back to you with a decision quickly.
