They trick you by saying good things, 7.5 hour work week, few claims, not micro managed, and when they suck you in, it is hard to get out because you get used to the PTO.
The interview process was a recorded session, that asks various personality questions and work situation experiences. Your answers are recorded. It was simple and they even give you time to practice your answer.

It was a normal interview with manager and supervisor. The interview went well. It was not intimidating. They asked normal interview questions, nothing tricky. They get back to you with a decision quickly.
