After application, received email inviting me to attend remote online interview. The interview was relaxed and friendly with two managers doing the interviewing. They ask competency based questions about how you would deal with certain situations by giving examples from your own experiences. They were informative about the role but very guarded about the salary. This was a bit of a red flag for me and told me the pay wasn't going to be great. All they would say was, pay depends on experience.
I actually did not hear back from the company either way after my interview and certainly not by the date they said that I would. Then about two weeks later I received an email from one of the interviewers stating they would like to offer me a position if I was still interested. I suspect they had chosen who they wanted form the round of interviews and possible one or a few of them didn't work out so they were now contacting the second choice candidates, which I must have been one of them.
It was very disappointing to have been treated this way, which obviously led me to turning down their offer. I had in fact during the two weeks revived an alternative offer of employment.
Overall the interview process was friendly and easy albeit I was let down by them.

interview was on hire Vue and was fairly easy. You do have to be on camera with the interviewer, this was the final interview. Interview went well, asked basic interview questions.

It was okay, the questions weren't that bad. Answer the questions carefully and the interview will be good. The interviewers are nice and straight to the point. Dress properly to the interview and ask questions at the end if something goes unanswered
