the interview was short and sweet. I'm here to learn more about the company. salary, benefits, and what to expect. things of that nature. i would have appreciated if i didn't have to jump through so many loops with glassdoor.

The interview is pretty basic; standard CAR/STAR answers will suffice, although I'm not entirely sure what they are looking for. I was able to get the interviewer to discuss her experience for at least half of the interview. From what I can tell, Sedgwick is constantly hiring, so the interview process cannot be too complicated.

There are two interviews. One is through an app. You record yourself answering questions that populate. Then you’ll have an interview with a hiring manager. Both were short and sweet. Nothing difficult about either.
