I thought the interview process was great. It was fairly standard in terms of the number of interviews and the variety of people I spoke with. The portal was really helpful for staying updated on my progress throughout the process. The process included a required design challenge. While I personally prefer case study panel presentations, I understood the need for the challenge on their end and was happy to complete it. I thought the prompt was clear and the time given to complete it was fair. Everyone I interacted with was thoughtful of my time, accommodating with scheduling, and helpful throughout the process.
