Phase 1:Pre-screening discussion/familiarisation, this was to done to introduce me to the role and the panel.
Phase 2: General Interview to gauge company/team fit, I was asked general organizational psychology questions regarding teamwork and working autonomously.
Phase 3:Technical Interview - Real Scenarios were provided and I had to problem-solve the issues.
