Interview had numerous steps: prescreen, take home exercise, two technical interviews and one hr interview. The process is quite time consuming but felt fair for the technical portion. However after the interview process I was ghosted and no reply was given to my follow up. I felt this was very disrespectful given the amount of time invested and the number of interviews scheduled.

the process is good and i enjoy with it i hope can try to interview again in future because this is nice and i love this interview so much thank you. Will it become my first job?
