It was a multiple stage process with case studies and behavioral questions. The questions depend on your role and experience, may be more technical depending on who interviews you, focuses on how you would approach certain situations.
Interviews were conducted through Microsoft Meeting. There were 3 rounds of interviews - HM screen, Senior Manager, VPs. Senior Manager focused on the resume and asked more about the details of the project while the VPs paid more attention on the behavior questions and your personality.
