Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Seilevel (Austin, TX)
Colloquio
Interviewed here in 2013, and surprised to see from another poster here that they are still using the same/similar question on shorts, puts, and calls. This neither has anything to do with the type of work they do (gathering requirements for IT projects), nor does anything to test Product Management skills. I also remember the interviewer was reading the question from a paper, and refused to let me read it myself, citing some very silly reason.

Domanda 1
Choosing the right option to use in a specific scenario. I don't recall if it was a case for short selling or something else.

Colloquio
In house recruiter advertises a "competitive" interviewing process which translated into a higher upfront cost with no guaranteed reciprocation and zero feedback. No actual human communication took place. Lots of questions relating to documenting requests, not entirely convinced they were looking for a product manager
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Seilevel (San Diego, CA)
Colloquio
The interview process takes over 2 months with about 4 rounds. They are not responsive and their business practice should be illegal, they keep interviewing candidates throughout the year, but they dont have a project for the candidate to work on. So you will be put “on hold”, if you pass all their interviews. I would not waste time interviewing with them.
I passed all my rounds and wasted time interviewing with them.
