First interview on-campus at college lasted about 45 min and was guaranteed the job. Second on-site interview was merely a formality and received a job offer immediately before leaving. The interview process lasts all day and is allocated for one candidate the entire day. Back-to-back interviews lasted from 8AM to 4:30PM. Interviewed with senior members of the parent company, senior members of the subsidiary processing company I would be working for, and then had exit interviews with senior members from a sister company. An easy high school math exam was required (algebra and geometry). Employees you might be working with took you out to lunch who did not have any part in the interview process.

I first had a phone interview with HR which basically went over my resume. Obviously interaction via telephone was most likely noted as well. I had two interviews following- both at their HQ in Houston. The first was with a few higher ups who also went over and asked questions about my resume but also my academic transcript to get a feel for my Math and Science background. The second interview on-site was mainly with the specific company under SEI with whom you'd be working and they tried to show you what you would be doing. If you've never worked with Seismic Data you probably won't get it, but that's ok because I didn't either and am now doing just fine. They also brought in a couple people to ask personal questions and goals and show that the people there make the company. And it's true, the people are extremely nice across the board.
