I applied for the job online. Then I received an email from a recruiter to click on a link to schedule a phone interview. About a week later I had the interview, the woman was really nice and imformative. She said she would get back to me by the end of the week. Afterward I sent her an email thanking her for her time, however, never heard back by the end of the week. The following week I sent a follow up email and still did not get a response. It’s nice to know where you stand either way so not giving any feedback at all is kind of rude.
