I was asked by my recruiter to go interview at Select Medical. I was then contacted by their HR specialist for a phone screen. A week later I was asked to come in for a face to face panel interview with their VP of IT Systems, IT manager, VP of Finance, and ERP manager.
I spent a half hour with 3 out of 4 people listed. The VP of Finance couldn't make the interview.

I applied and received a request to interview. Prior to the interview I was requested to adjust by 30 minutes due to prior engagement, I acknowledged it. When I arrived the recruiter was not available and I waited. The hiring manager came to the entry area and walked to the conference room. After a round of questions, I felt that I was a potential, viable candidate for the position. The recruiter entered after the interview and asked me some standard questions. After his questions, tone and lack of acknowledge I felt that I was not longer in the running for this position. After the interview I sent a "Thank You" the following day to the recruiter and included appreciation to the hiring manager for the interview; got no response. I waited a week and sent a "follow-up" thank you to the recruiter and still no response. I read a lot about the company and was eager to work there, but after this interview experience I will be reluctant to apply again in the future.
