Initial over the phone Interview, then meeting at facility to see the therapy center in action. A few days later a offer was sent via email and then pre employment paperwork was required but it was basic and overall a pretty easy process

It was a typical interview process that asked simple questions and scenario questions. The interview took about 45 minutes and included a tour of the facility. It was not stressful and everyone was welcoming
