First phone interview,then face to face with direct supervisor. She was friendly and it was conversational. Never gave me a chance to ask questions. Told me immediately, I was her first choice. Next interviewed with VP face to face. It was conversational, casual. Basically, if direct supervisor was interested in me, the second interview with the VP was a pass through.
