Interviews and screening was very straightforward and pretty painless. The process was:
- 1 phone screen with a recruiter
- 1 phone screen with Hiring Manager
- 1 "Art Test" that took about a day
- 2 days of on-site interviews (with various teams)
During the on-site interviews we reviewed my portfolio, design process, and thoughts on gaming.
Everyone was super helpful and felt really confident in the team right away.
