First interview with talent acquisition over the phone, and next interview with the brand specialist and then with department manager. It was very smooth, and whole process is quick. I think the interview is easy, a lot of behavioral questions and your knowledge of the brand and customer service.

What if there are too much customers waiting in the queque and only you and another colleague is in the shop floor, what will you do.
Alright. Was organised well but the waiting time was a bit long before the process started. Didnt get the offer though and feedback email came after a month so was slow.
