This consist of 3 interviews. The first was with the hiring manager. 2nd and 3rd was from the upper management teams of the company. The process was pretty standard and it was a decent experience.

Pretty informal, no routine. Just asked about past experience and what I can bring to the company. Met with the two owners, we joked about our experiences and they clearly were operators.
