Was contacted by HR, had an interview with potential boss. That went well so I had an interview with the two owners. This was the normal part. The process was drug out from a month or 2 while the husband owner and potential boss told me I was their top pick. They kept having me do writing assignments, gave me good feedback, but then continued to ask for more, FREE, writing samples. After awhile, they said that they couldn't afford to hire for the position, and offered me a freelance writing position instead. I was going to take the opportunity, but family issues required me to decline. After reading the reviews of actual employees, I am glad I did.
