I had applied online and received an email from the recruiter a day later to schedule for a phone screening. It was scheduled the day after. On that day, the recruiter reached out 2 hours before our phone call to say the role was "on hold" and will reach out again if things changed. Two weeks later, I see the same position being posted again and applied. I got a response the next day from the same recruiter with the generic response of moving forward with other candidates. Truly disappointed by the inconsistency.
