Initial 20-minute interview with hiring team, then a longer, more formal interview with two higher-ranking members of the HR team (position was under the HR umbrella). I was not asked much about my experience but rather given a series of scenarios. Due to limited information about the position in the job scrip and in the initial interview, I found the questions difficult to answer despite my experience.
