I have decided to withdraw from the position as I found recruitment highly unprofessional. Screening call was scheduled and the recruiter was a No Show - didn’t send any email nor replied to my emails. I managed to reschedule because I emailed another recruiter that didn’t reply either to my previous emails ( I was lucky that day); interview went quiet smooth, however, once again the recruiter didn’t set the right expectation and left me without feedback and has never replied to my emails. Found out she was OoO and emailed the POC who has never replied to any of my emails either. I read the reviews here and I see a pattern! Decided to withdraw my application and again - they have never asked why nor replied. I do not recommend applying to Semrush. On a scale from 1 to 10 my candidate experience was a 0.
