The whole process includes the following steps:
1. Filling out the questionnaire;
2. Call with HR, up to 30 minutes;
3. A short test task;
4. Interview with the team, up to 1 hour.
The task was "Create a campaign brief & explain to us your process from beginning to end to fulfill the following needs.
Goal - Secure 15 Influencers to create content (any video/written) to accomplish 1M organic impressions about a new feature release, feel free to get creative!"
So you basically have to work for free, creating both the campaign brief and the process they can implement to apply the strategy, Got to the last interview, they told me they don't need to fill this position anymore. Then they deleted the Hiring offer and posted a new one in different location. Been tracking that and they do this time to time.

Thank you for your feedback. Since your interview was back in 2022, it’s a bit tricky to comment on the specifics. However, what we can say with certainty is that we don’t usually close roles just to reopen them in other locations. Those situations are more of an exception than the norm.
