I applied online for the order entry position, called to follow up a week later to be told position was filled, but then a few days later someone else called with a different position, I went in only to be handed a paper application that had some very interesting questions that had nothing to do with the job like, my height, my weight, if I would take a lie detector test etc.???

I was called in for an interview. Since I applied online they gave me a form to fill out with contact information, work experience, and references. Most of this was information on my resume. During the interview they asked me various math questions that were fairly simple. Afterwards they tested me on some of the top 200 prescribed drugs to see if I knew the generic and brand name. Not too many behavioral questions were asked.
