I was called within two days of when I submitted my application to schedule an interview. The telephone interview lasted 1.5 hours. Both managers seemed knowledgable and likable. They asked thought-provoking questions. They promised to follow up in a week, and never had the courtesy of informing me that I did not get the job even after I followed up twice.
