Nel frattempo ho contattato direttamente su linkedin il responsabile europeo e l’ho preavvisato della mia disponibilità.
Dopo 1 settimana comunicazione da parte del recruiter che il profilo non rientrava perfettamente nella richiesta.
Ho ricontattato il responsabile europeo il quale ha riavviato la selezione.
Dopo 10gg appuntamento in sede a Parigi per primo colloquio, concluso positivamente.
Nel mese successivo fatti 4 colloqui via video call con i dirigenti USA

Final interview round is organised with CEO of the company and it was a hard part of the process with too many challenging questions and role play. He asked several questions on sales skills and etc.

Call screening by HR took place first. HR staff was very friendly and helpful. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The stakeholder panel interview took about half a day and was pretty intense. Overall it was a good experience interviewing with the company and I admired their strong culture.

You need to meet all the levels of the company, including the CEO and the final decision depends on him.
My experience was overall positive except for the meeting with the CEO who interviewed me as if I was applying for a junior position in sales and did not take the time to read my resume. So be prepared for this surprise.
If you are looking for an inspiring leader, this is not the place to find it. This is an old fashion-led company where money is the main priority and diversity of thought is not welcome.
