Thorough and welcoming tour and meeting with numerous APC, MD, nursing and staff members in the IR departments staffed by MCR over the course of multiple interviews averaging 2 1/2 hours each. Also, the opportunity to shadow at various locations to better understand the 5 facilities (3 hospitals, vein center, dialysis center) where IR services are offered.
