Applied on the Sentara website, received an invitation for a video interview (via Interview Stream) a week later. After the virtual interview was completed I received another invitation for an in person interview approximately a week later. After attending the in person interview I was offered the position by the recruiter a day later.

The panel asked me questions off a pre-printed form such as describe how you deal with a stressful situation, explain a time you went above and beyond in a situation, etc.
