It sounds at first like they expect a lot more than most, but once you realize they actually make it possible to achieve the high standards they set for Mortgage Bankers, it's actually very easy to achieve and grow. They only hire the best of the best and people that want to learn, stretch and grow! Tom Rhodes(owner) is a true mentor and gets to know all of the employees as if they were family!
