I interviewed in March 2022. The phone screen was very robotic and scripted. They listed the company goals and had me describe a scenario for how I fit into each one. They did not ask anything about me, my goals, technical background, etc. When I asked to learn more about the team, all they said was “no”. It was not a good fit on either end.
