Met a recruiter at a job fair. I applied on the National Life website. They called me for a in person interview. I met with a total of seven people. Three people at a time for about 40 mins, then another three. Then with the floor director for about 30 mins. They didn't ask any technical questions, more customer service oriented questions.

They asked some completely irrelevant riddle that didn't have an answer to it. I gave it a shot and the interviewers very seriously accepted it. After working there for several months I asked the interviewer why he asked the question. He responded that it was just to mess with interviewees heads....I wasn't impressed.
