The interview was done over Zoom. Normal questions and was conducted by 2 managers. It was more conversational than a question and answer session. I thought it went well but was not offered the position.

First call to discuss the job details. Second is official interview which takes 30 -45 minutes. I wasn’t really asked many questions as I just talked about my previous experience which was basically the same thing for the position I was applying for. The only additional questions they asked were clarifying, like what types of difficult calls I’d taken and how they were handled, etc. HR calls if you’re offered a job, sends email you have to respond to. You have to set up and complete a drug screen appointment within 3 days. 11 panel blood test. If you pass, they send you an email to tell you so and you continue filling out your onboarding paperwork and then wait until your start date.

For a call center you can expect to state a situation, the steps you took, and the resolve or outcome of the situation. Customer service experience helps, call center experience really helps.

Contacted by a manager first to go over details of the position. After confirming my interest with her, a video interview with two hiring managers took place a couple of days later.
